Reside at Kalani
You may love the Kalani life so much, you will want to live here, at least part of the year. We offer one and three-month volunteer programs, an artist in residence program, and the opportunities described below to live here part of the year as faculty/staff and invest in Kalani Oceanside Retreat.
Invest in the Retreat at Kalani Kai & Kalani Mauka
Kalani Kai, or heavenly sea, and Kalani Mauka, or heavenly uplands, are two emerging communities located adjacent to Kalani Oceanside Retreat. The construction of these retreat villages are now beginning with the new entrance greeting center and gate.
With a model Ocean Vista Lodge completed, plans for the Village's Lodges and Clusters (each with a Main Hale and 4 Cottages) are now being readied by the architect-engineers so as to soon begin construction.

Certain Lodge and Cottage accommodations at Kalani Kai and Kalani Mauka are privately owned. Members who qualify as staff or faculty and as "sophisticated investors" supportive of Kalani's educational purpose are invited to obtain information about private ownership of retreat accommodations at Kalani.
