Start your new year with this most joyous Yoga practice, and exploration of Thai massage. Experience a time of renewal, self-inquiry and transformation. We will let play be our prayer and laughter our best medicine as we humbly open our hearts giving gratitude to Mother Earth.
Come and liberate the mind and allow the 'Body Temple' to strengthen and become more flexible. This workshop is for beginner and intermediate yoga practitioners and is designed for singles and couples to help build trust, communication and intimacy.
Let's swim where spinner dolphins, whales, and giant sea turtles play, and snorkel in warm tropical coral pools with beautifully colored fish. Let's soak and swim in thermal ponds and learn watsu.
We'll have three mostly organic, locally grown meals, with vegetarian options daily provided by the Kalani staff.
About the Facilitator(s)
Aloha, Jo'el Hirsch will be your main guide with competent associates for these explorations into conscious awareness, balancing mind, body, and spirit. He has forty years experience practicing many different forms of Yoga; Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Kundalini, partner/acrobatic and Iyengar to name a few. For twenty five years he's been teaching Yoga and other movement modalities.
Jo'el has been practicing Thai massage, Trager, Shiatsu, deep tissue, cranial sacral etc. for thirty years with an emphasis on working intuitively to suit the client's needs. Aromatherapy and sound healing are used in the healing sessions as well.
Prices starting at $675, everything included; transportation, meals, excursions etc.. Mats, props, blankets provided. 'Early bird' and group/couples discounts available.
