About the Facilitator(s)

Tracey Coddington

Tracey Coddington

Tracey's yoga roots began early and grew deep into a life long fascination with movement. She masterfully guides her students into feeling a pose and making it their own. She helps you stretch your boundaries from within so you may find a more spacious sense of self and a more inspired practice. She has been a formal yoga student for over 30 years and has taught in Northern California and Hawaii since 1986. Her style draws strongly from her studies with Angela Farmer over the past two decades, her 24 year Vipassana Meditation practice, her occupations as a Transformational Bodyworker, an initiator and instructor of Yoga Massage, and a Voice Dialogue facilitator.

Chad Swimmer

Chad SwimmerChad has been a devotee of dance for all of his adult life, studying styles as diverse as lindy hop, tango, salsa, country/western, West African, Congolese, Afro-Haitian, ballet, jazz, tap, and others, eventually finding his way back to his first love--salsa--and the fusion he teaches and practices now. "I play music and dance religiously. Nothing I have found allows me to live so fully in the moment. I am continuously thankful for all the rhythms that move me through the day, all the partners with whom I have shared songs. As a teacher, I create a space for my students to find the same place I have, to share in my joy of movement and song." http://www.mendosalsadance.com
