Are you ready to GO DEEPER?

This Forrest Yoga workshop will take you on a physical, mental and spiritual journey deep into the core of your very being and promote powerful insights that provide a deeper integration with your true self. Forrest Yoga will open you up to the amazing quality of feeling that lives inside each of us.

This workshop is open to all levels.

Forrest Yoga honors and celebrates the beauty of life and the power of Spirit. It is an inspiring yoga practice that builds flexibility, intelligence and strength while helping deepen the relationship with your authentic self. Accessing your intuition - the voice of your Spirit - builds personal strength and ushers integrity into your daily interactions with all beings. Forrest Yoga challenges you to heal, grow and welcome your Spirit home.

Forrest Yoga does not require strength or flexibility; it only requires that you bring a willingness to learn how to feel authentically and respond honestly.

Learning to work honestly at your edges, you develop effective tools to deal with fear and struggle. This makes it possible for integrity, self awareness and playful curiosity to become part of your daily life.

Each morning begins with an invigorating 3 hour yoga practice. Afternoons are free for excursions and Hawaii adventures. Late afternoons offer 1 ˝ hours of Q&A and light yoga. The workshop culminates with a powerful Winter Solstice ceremony led by Ana Forrest on December 21st.

See you on the MAT!

Mats and props are provided.
