Are you tired of taking 'party' vacations that leave you hung over?

Come join Darren Main and Jehfree Spirit for a weeklong Hawaiian adventure sure to revitalize body, mind and spirit. Each day in this lush,green paradise we will practice yoga, enjoy the beach and sun, eat delicious and healthy meals, enjoy exciting excursions together to explore and deepen the bonds we share as gay men.

Yoga and meditation practice will be offered twice daily. No yoga experience is required. This retreat is open to people at all levels and special needs can usually be addressed. We do suggest, however, that you do at least a little yoga before you come to help prepare your body.

Darren Main

Darren Main is a well-known yoga and meditation instructor and author. His books include Yoga and the Path of the Urban Mystic and The Findhorn Book of Meditation. His forthcoming book, Hearts & Minds: Talking to Christians about Homosexuality will arrive in bookstores in September 2008. In addition to his writing, he facilitates workshops and gives talks on yoga and modern spirituality throughout the United States and abroad. He currently lives in San Francisco.

Jehfree Spirit

Jehfree Spirit is an artist, healer and bodyworker who believes that creative expression is the embodiment of healing. With a background in traditional Thai massage or “passive yoga,” Jehfree brings his healing heart and hands to his yoga classes inspiring students to explore their own spirit and live a creative lifestyle.
