Introduction to Yoga
This program is perfect for those who have never practiced Yoga or who feel they need a refresher course. The teacher will guide you towards understanding the basic principles of Hatha (physical) Yoga. Yoga is concerned with the whole of the individual: body, mind and spirit. Emphasizing breath, alignment and mindfulness, students will develop an enlightened relationship with their bodies and a Yoga practice that can last a lifetime!
This 7 day/6 night package includes:
- comfortable accommodations
- delicious healthy meals
- two 1.5 hour private Yoga classes (plus all Yoga classes in the activities schedule)
- use of Kalani's facilities, including pool, hot tub and sauna
- activities including hula, ecstatic dance, meditation, and weaving
Introduction to Yoga is available year-round, any Monday to Saturday. Explore our yoga section for other ways to practice yoga at Kalani.
(For Introduction to Yoga private classes taught by Kathy Elder, there will be an additional $15 charge per session).
