Elizabeth Hawkins Robinson is an entrepreneur with over 25 years in business development creating and delivering consciousness-raising products and services.

 

She is co-founder, Vice-President and Director of Training for Magis Group LLC, and a dedicated student in the field of traumatic stress and applied methods of trauma recovery.  She and her husband, Stephen Robinson, have created a neurophysiologically-based education program, and a model for applied self-regulation that’s been taught to over 20,000 active duty military, veterans, law enforcement, executives, health providers and athletes.

About the Facilitator(s)

Carrie Rowell spent her childhood in Oahu and has been fascinated by all aspects of the Hawaiian culture ever since. She has studied various forms of dance and martial arts and has trained with several Hawaiian masters of the healing arts over the last 15 years. Since 1998 she has traveled the world teaching Lomi Lomi, sacred dance and women’s workshops. She is a continuing education provider in several countries and her style is fun and technical with an emphasis on hands-on work.

Nile Curtis  began his career in massage 12 years ago with a focus on deep tissue as a chiropractic assistant.  His extensive dance training allows him to embody the grace inherent in Lomi Lomi.  Since 2005 he has assisted Carrie’s classes around the globe.  When not traveling the world they live and practice in Pahoa.

Kimberly Dark is a master facilitator who has led groups to awareness and understanding on three continents over the past twenty years. In addition to teaching yoga since 1999, she’s a writer and storyteller whose work has been invited to hundreds of colleges, universities, theatres, festivals and conferences. Her yoga classes focus on strength, balance, flexibility and peace for every body – an ability to practice radical self-love and acceptance while learning the skills of peace and cultural transformation. She blogs regularly for Huffington Post and Ms. Magazine in addition to contributing essays and stories about personal and cultural transformation via body acceptance to a variety of books and publications.

Kimberly uses an Iyengar-style training and more than twenty years experience with diverse yoga practices to challenge and welcome students of every ability and body type. She has taught yoga styles ranging from vinyasa, yin and restorative to prop-assisted hatha yoga for people who don’t feel comfortable in fitness settings due to size, health or anxiety. Her classes encourage personal sovereignty, inner voice and an entitlement to health and vibrancy at all sizes, ages and abilities.

Jill Walton has dedicated her life to deep communication and work with the sacred teachings of the Earth.  Her current work includes the Circle of Guardians, a sacred site of healing and visioning.  Jill uses clairvoyance, chakra work, counseling and coaching techniques, energy work, ritual, expressive art therapies, dream work, inner child work, past life work, and shamanic/spiritual techniques to assist and empower her clients.

 

Christy Ceraso has been a wholistic practitioner of the healing arts for 22 years.  Her eclectic bodywork practice specializes in facilitating the release of trauma, & the restoration of self-love, inspiration, vitality, & creative self-expression.  Christy assists others to access their presence, joy, gifts and their own deep insight by connecting with the Earth, the breath, meditation, movement, & the elements of nature.   


  

Kelley Linn is a feminine spiritual practitioner who blends yoga, sacred ritual, shamanic arts, and goddess storytelling into a transformational experience for modern woman.  Through embodiment practices she guides women to their innate wisdom, encouraging them to courageously step into their own divine power. She has developed simple techniques that infuse sacred meaning into the mundane tasks of our everyday modern lives.

Kelley is RYT500 yoga instructor with over 1000 hours of training.

Dennis' approach is gentle and focuses on opening up the energy centers in the body with Kundalini Yoga exercises. jared samjaRed has been learning, deepening and sharing his yoga flow practice at Kalani for the past eleven years.  He first discovered his resonance with yoga through the ashtanga primary series with Pamela Richardson in the summer of '97.  He graduated from Kathy Elder's original yoga teacher training in 2001, and has since deepened his understanding of teaching vinyasa flow yoga through intensives with Shiva Rea.
