5 Rhythms is a dynamic movement practice—a practice of being in your body—that ignites creativity, connection, and community.
We will dance a 5 Rhythms wave - no steps to learn, nothing to get right, just being with our own body in motion as we move to the music- breath, body and the beat. Dancing to drop in deeper, to connect to self, to other(s) and to the world around us.
- This class is for age 16 plus and is a drug and alcohol free space.
- No previous experience is necessary.
