The information is only for members who are sophisticated investors wealthy enough to fend for themselves, i.e., to hire a private investment advisor; or, persons with a prior business relationship with Kalani Honua. Additionally Member agrees to support the purpose of Kalani, to provide programs and facilities focused on Hawaii, nature, culture and wellness education.
