Invest in a Retreat at Kalani Kai

Kalani Kai, or heavenly sea, is a community emerging in Kalani Oceanside Retreat. Located adjacent to the original 19 acre Kalani Honua property, there are 15 acres in the retreat surrounded by 78 acres of tropical beauty. Overall 95% of the land is sustainable agriculture including tropical forest, preserved heritage sites, organic gardens-orchards, botanicals and pasture-lawn soil conservation. The new entrance gate and Hale Aloha greeting center are completed and construction continues with retreat clusters.

Retreat Clusters (each with a Main Hale and 4 Cottages) offer traditional bamboo or modern wood-glass architecture using durable renewable materials and emphasizing natural light, flowing breezes, forest and ocean vistas. For the latest photos, see out Photo Galleries.
